20th Anniversary for AMIRA P260 Project
Since
April 1988, the AMIRA P260 series of projects has made a significant
contribution to the efficiency of mineral sulphide flotation worldwide.
The Wark has been personally involved in
this project since its inception.
In 2007, an evaluation study of the P260 series of projects was conducted by RMDSTEM Ltd, a specialist management consulting group with capabilities in the evaluation of R&D predominately in the resources sector. Results show $436 million has been added to the minerals industry through the research outcomes of P260.
To help celebrate this milestone, a dinner was held in Adelaide on 28 May for both past and present researchers, students and industry representatives.
